I work with both individuals and families all ages on emotional regulation, relationship building, grief and loss, depression/anxiety, ADHD, trauma and day to day stresses. In addition, I have gained valuable experience in facilitating art therapy groups for children who are struggling with social skills. Assessing my client’s individual needs through drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, play therapy, or other artistic processes is truly remarkable. I understand “art” can be overwhelming and it will never be forced upon during session. Some directives simply use a pen/pencil and a piece of paper! My compassion, empathy, and positive nature bring comfort and authenticity to the therapeutic environment. I understand the difficulty in verbally expressing emotions and interpersonal conflict, and with that, creativity blossoms. I am always open to discussing your interests and/or using your own natural skills to aid in coping, managing anxiety/depression as well as minimizing stress, working through trauma, PTSD, and overall healing.
